Better Health is a proposed adult preventive healthcare membership in Jaipur. The planned service combines a physical clinic, ongoing primary care, nutrition, mental wellbeing and an AI-first app. Early-access registration is open; paid memberships and clinical services have not launched.
Join the early-access list ↗Here is what we propose to include in the annual fee, from your first assessment to help between visits. Your doctor recommends care based on your needs. The package still needs clinical and financial validation; final inclusions and terms will be confirmed before enrolment.
| Service | Included in the proposed year | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Your physical clinic | In-person care, backed by a coordinated network | A proposed Jaipur clinic for doctor consultations, examinations, nutrition and mental-health sessions, and sample collection. Partner laboratories process tests; imaging centres and specialists provide further investigations and care when needed. Your team coordinates the reports and next steps. The clinic design and partner network will be confirmed before launch. |
| Your named care team | Primary doctor + care coordinator | Your doctor gets to know your history and oversees your care. Your coordinator arranges appointments, tracks results and keeps your records organised. Other professionals contribute to the plan with your consent. |
| Comprehensive intake check-up | Doctor assessment, investigations, nutrition & mental-health consultations | Begin with an extended doctor appointment, approximately 60 minutes, covering your history, reports, medicines, concerns and physical examination. Your doctor recommends the blood and urine tests needed to establish your starting point, with X-rays or MRI where medically indicated. A dietitian consultation and an initial psychologist consultation are also part of intake. These use the assessment and session inclusions listed below. Your doctor reviews the findings with you and agrees a care plan. |
| Intake investigations | Doctor-prescribed tests in the agreed initial assessment plan | The proposed intake includes blood and urine investigations and any medically indicated X-ray or MRI agreed in your initial plan, at approved partner facilities. It is not a universal list of every blood test or a routine whole-body MRI. The final intake test catalogue and imaging terms will be confirmed before enrolment. |
| Proactive check-ins | Contact planned around your care plan | Your coordinator gets in touch about concerns, medicines, nutrition progress and anything still to be arranged. You agree a follow-up schedule together. Questions that need medical judgement go to a qualified professional. |
| Planned clinical reviews | Review schedule agreed with your doctor | Your doctor agrees when to review your health and whether to meet in person or remotely. The timing depends on your history, concerns and treatment. Your team arranges the visit and updates the plan afterwards. |
| Everyday primary care | Included between planned reviews | Speak to a primary-care doctor about a new symptom, a treatment question or another routine concern during service hours. These consultations are included. Specialist treatment and emergency care have separate arrangements and costs. |
| Dietitian support | 1 assessment + 6 follow-ups | A 45-minute assessment, then six 30-minute follow-ups scheduled around agreed goals and needs. Food guidance fits the member’s preferences, routine, clinical needs and goals. |
| Mental-health support | 6 psychologist sessions annually, when appropriate | Start with an intake consultation, counted within the six sessions, to discuss mental wellbeing and any concerns privately. Each session is up to 50 minutes. You agree goals and further support with the psychologist. Longer therapy, psychiatry and intensive or crisis treatment need a clearly explained continuation or referral plan. |
| Routine prescribed blood & urine tests | Tests within the agreed routine catalogue | Eligible examples: CBC, glucose or HbA1c, lipid profile, creatinine/eGFR and appropriate urine tests; liver, thyroid, iron or vitamin investigations when specifically indicated within the approved catalogue. Your doctor selects the tests and timing; not every member needs each test. |
| Routine imaging & ECG | Included at approved network facilities when prescribed | Standard plain X-rays, ECG and basic non-obstetric ultrasound for covered outpatient care. MRI prescribed as part of the agreed intake plan is covered under intake investigations above. Later MRI, CT, other advanced imaging, endoscopy and specialised investigations are separate unless expressly included. Scans are recommended for a medical reason. |
| Home sample collection | For included prescribed tests within the launch area | When an included blood or urine test is prescribed, your coordinator arranges home collection and explains how to prepare. The collection area and available time windows will be confirmed before enrolment. |
| Network specialist consultations | 6 medical specialist consultations annually | Includes eye and dental assessments when appropriate, with remaining consultations guided by need. Medical specialist follow-ups count here. Dietitian and psychologist sessions have their own separate inclusions. Procedures and treatment programmes are not automatically included. |
| Dental prevention | 1 routine scaling & polishing session | Included when the dentist considers it appropriate. Restorations, root canals, implants, orthodontics and complex gum treatment are separate. |
| Medication support | Review, reminders and refill coordination | Keep one current medicine list, set useful reminders and ask about side effects or missed doses. Your team helps arrange refills and home delivery through a pharmacy after checking the prescription. Medicines and delivery charges are quoted separately. |
| Your AI-first app & health records | Records, explanations, appointments and consent controls | Your app brings together questions for your team, records, explanations, medicine reminders, appointments and follow-ups. AI helps gather and organise context, with clinical review of medical information. Keep original documents, download your records and control sharing. Individual medical information stays private from employers. |
| Home readings, when useful | Reviewed on an agreed clinical schedule | If your doctor recommends monitoring at home, agree which readings to take and when the team will review them. Devices are paid separately. Uploaded readings are reviewed on that schedule, not continuously or as an emergency service. |
| Prevention and referral follow-through | Screening and vaccination review; tracked next steps | Your doctor reviews which screening and vaccines may be useful. If you need a referral, your team helps arrange it, collects the advice and updates your plan. Vaccines, hospital care and other services outside the inclusions are paid separately. |
Your records should be ready before you arrive, with enough time set aside for the visit. Our proposed target is to start routine clinic appointments within 15 minutes of the booked time. If we are running late, we would tell you and offer a revised time or rebooking. Partner clinics may have different arrangements.
Proposed contact hours are Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM, with a target of replying to clinical concerns that working day. These hours and response standards will be confirmed before launch. For an emergency, seek immediate care rather than waiting for a reply.
A useful check-up starts with a conversation and an examination. Blood tests are only one part of it. Your doctor considers your history, daily life and health risks, then recommends the checks that could help you.
Personal and family history, medicines, allergies, blood pressure, weight, BMI and waist measurement where appropriate. A focused examination and assessment of symptoms, functional health and relevant body systems.
Routine measurements and clinical assessment; additional examination follows the person’s needs.
Assess blood pressure, tobacco use, activity, weight and family history. Discuss glucose or HbA1c and cholesterol testing when age and risk justify them, and agree what any abnormal result means.
A clinician chooses tests and timing; a repeat appointment is not automatically a repeat blood panel.
Investigate based on symptoms, existing conditions, medicines and risk. Kidney tests may be relevant in diabetes or hypertension; thyroid, vitamin and other tests need a clinical reason.
These tests are selected for a reason and repeated when the result could change your care.
Discuss eligible oral, breast and cervical screening in the Indian context; consider other screening based on age, history, risk and locally applicable guidance. Abnormal findings need a tracked diagnostic pathway.
Screening is a decision with benefits and harms. It is not a universal scan or cancer-marker blood panel.
Assess vision and oral-health needs, arrange appropriate eye and dental examinations, and consider hearing or balance concerns. Conditions such as diabetes may change the examination and follow-up needed.
Medical specialist consultations use the six included network visits; treatments and specialised tests are separately scoped.
Review usual meals, exercise, sedentary time, sleep and stress. A dietitian helps turn agreed goals into food choices that fit the member’s routine. Discuss sleep-disorder symptoms and refer when needed.
Your dietitian works with you on practical changes and reviews how they are working across the included assessment and six follow-ups.
Use appropriate conversations or validated questionnaires about mood, anxiety, alcohol and tobacco, with a real pathway to assessment, treatment or referral when concerns are identified.
Six psychologist sessions are proposed within the membership when appropriate. Further therapy, psychiatric care and intensive treatment are separately scoped, with a continuity plan.
A private opportunity to discuss sexual function, symptoms, contraception, menstrual concerns, menopause, pregnancy intentions and STI risk as relevant. Testing follows informed consent and clinical need.
Members can speak directly to a clinician; AI-assisted context gathering is optional.
Review vaccination history, relevant exposure, travel, age and medical risks. Advise appropriate vaccines and organise administration or referral under locally adopted clinical guidance.
Vaccine products and administration charges are separate unless explicitly included in a future package.
Review fracture risk, falls, strength, mobility and functional concerns where relevant. Bone-density assessment, physiotherapy, hearing review or other services may be appropriate for selected members.
These are personalised assessments, not tests scheduled for every adult.
Open each area to see what your doctor may discuss or assess. The inclusion table above explains which visits and tests are covered by the proposed fee.
Your comprehensive intake brings together a doctor’s examination, prescribed blood tests and any indicated imaging, plus nutrition and mental-health consultations. Review the findings with your doctor and agree a plan.
Your team arranges the next check-in at an agreed time. Review actions, new concerns and progress. Repeat tests only when useful.
Review health risks and what is working. Home collection is arranged if appropriate prescribed tests are due.
Follow up on incomplete actions, nutrition goals, specialist advice and any new concerns.
Take stock of your health, review screening and vaccination needs, and agree the next priorities. Your doctor advises when a further physical examination is needed.
Your team arranges these steps around a schedule agreed with you. Follow-up changes as your needs change, and nutrition, mental-health support and specialist visits fit into the same plan.
Your team would help organise suitable care and follow-up. The membership does not pay all medical expenses or replace hospital insurance.
If a result needs attention, your team identifies the clinician responsible for reviewing it and tracks what happens next. Urgent findings need prompt action. Preventive care cannot detect or prevent every illness. The final test catalogue, service terms and partner arrangements will be available before payment.
The AI-first app connects your membership: private questions, original records, explained results, medicines and appointments. AI helps gather and organise context so you don’t have to repeat everything at each step. Qualified professionals review medical information and remain responsible for clinical decisions.
Explore the mobile app concept ↗Your doctor should explain what they think is happening, why they recommend a test or treatment, and what remains uncertain. If that differs from advice you found online or through AI, you should be able to discuss the difference and understand the reasoning.
You can ask to speak to a clinician without using AI. Before launch, any AI features will need clinical validation, appropriate consent, security safeguards and review against Indian requirements.
The sources below informed the approach: a continuing relationship with a primary-care team, mental-health support alongside physical care, medicine reviews and screening chosen for the individual. They do not validate or endorse this membership. A clinical lead must adapt and maintain the final protocols for Indian practice.
